Workshop Speaker Guidelines

All speaker submissions should be emailed directly to the ICEAA Business Office at iceaa@iceaaonline.org.

Important Deadlines

Due Date Submission Requirements
April 15 A short version of your abstract and all author and presenter biographies. (Maximum 75 words long)
April 15 A Powerpoint of your presentation must be submitted by this date to qualify for Best Paper Awards. While not required, papers are encouraged to supplement the content of your presentation.
May 16 Final deadline to submit a Powerpoint of your presentation. While not required, papers are encouraged to supplement the content of your presentation.Presentations must be in Powerpoint format (ppt or pptx).Any session for which a presentation has not been received by May 16 will be removed from the Workshop schedule and will not be published in the conference proceedings
May 16 A completed Release Form must be submitted by this date. Presenters are responsible for ensuring all presentations are releasable to the public and have been cleared through appropriate channels. Presentations will be made available on the ICEAA website and made available to members.Any session for which a presentation release form has not been received by May 16 will be removed from the Workshop schedule and will not be published in the conference proceedings.

Presentation Length

Presentations should last no longer than 30 minutes.  The 45 minutes allotted includes time for questions and a 5-minute break between sessions.

Audio/Visual Equipment

Each presentation room will be equipped with a computer projector, screen, and laptop.  Should you have any additional audio-visual requirements, please notify the ICEAA Business Office as soon as possible.  We will make every attempt to accommodate your requests.
