Please join the Washington Capital Area Chapter (WCAC) of ICEAA for our 2026 Spring Panel Discussion!

This year’s Spring Panel Discussion will be hosted by Cobec, Inc. at their office located in L’Enfant Plaza!

The 2025 Acquisition Transformation Strategy has impacts on all areas of the cost community, regardless of commodity, industry/government, or level of experience. With this important topic in mind, come hear a diverse group of senior voices discuss how they see our community adapting. Our panelists are Sam Kitchin (Technical Director at Augur), Rich Hartley (Boeing Estimating Division lead), Eric Cohen (Cost Analysis and Acquisition Support director at Technomics), and Marvin Pointdexter (Acquisition and Competition Strategy Domain Expert at Cobec, Inc.) with the discussion lead by our Chapter President Sean Wells. There will be an assortment of food and drinks provided for all participants.

We highly encourage all WCAC members to come out and meet our panelists, especially newer members who are looking to get involved in their local ICEAA community!
