Important Dates:
May 9, 2016 – Complete abstracts, 75-word abstract summaries & author bio(s) due
June 20, 2016 – Notification of accepted presentations
August 26, 2016 – Papers, presentations, and release forms due. Download the release form (PDF)
Those authors providing long-form papers will be eligible for Best Paper awards: a team of judges will review the qualifying papers for technical content, creativity, potential application to the cost estimating and analysis fields, and overall quality and style. Authors providing only a PowerPoint presentation by the August 26 deadline will not be considered for paper awards.
One paper from each track will be selected as the best paper from that track, then from those winners the best paper overall will be chosen. Should a paper with multiple authors win a best paper award, a maximum of two authors will receive commemorative plaques. Authors of winning papers may purchase additional plaques through the ICEAA office after the Symposium.
Registration:
Anyone participating in the presentation of a paper or training session must register for the Symposium.
