Washington Capital Area Chapter Outreach Event – Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk

Please join the Washington Capital Area Chapter (WCAC) of ICEAA on SUNDAY, November 8, 2026 in support of the 15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk.  This fundraiser supports the Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries of the Columbia Church in Falls Church, VA and Muchila, Zambia. Participating WCAC members will meet at the front entrance of Columbia Church at 7:30 am (look for the ICEAA banner).

Per the organizers: “the primary purpose of this race is to raise funds that provide a meaningful hand up to those in need. While race registration helps cover event costs, the true impact comes from the additional support we raise together. We invite you not only to register and participate, but also to seek sponsorships and encourage donations from friends, family, co-workers, and all your social media followers. With your help, we can extend support to families locally and around the world to make a lasting difference.”

Once registered, your Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk shirt and race packets can be picked up from the foyer of Columbia Church at 103 W Columbia St, Falls Church, VA 22046 on Friday, November 6th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm or Saturday, November 7th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
