He has over 25 years of experience in cost estimating and analysis\, primarily for DoD/W and DHS. He is ICEAA’s Certification Principal and co-lead of MITRE’s Cost Analysis Community of Practice. He is a primary contributor to and former instructor of the CEBoK Regression module. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy\, with math minor\, from the University of Virginia; and a master’s in the same fields from the London School of Economics. \nKevin Hewitt is a Cost Estimating Manager for Huntington Ingalls Industries and member of the ICEAA OEM COG Steering Committee. He has over 22 years’ experience at HII\, most in shipbuilding with a more recent focus on management of the Non-Advocate Review/Independent Cost Evaluation process at Corporate. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and is currently working toward completing his program at ODU. \nMr. Kevin McKeel has over 25 years of experience in software cost estimation. He is a CCEA and SAFe Architect and received the prestigious 2021 Technical Achievement of the Year award from ICEAA related to research of automated software sizing using AI and NLP. Mr. McKeel holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance) from James Madison University and a Master’s in Business Administration (Decision Systems) from The George Washington University. \nMegan Jones has proudly served as ICEAA’s Executive Director since 2014.
