The Information Technology-Cost Analysis Solutions Team (IT-CAST) presents the 2020 Joint Software and IT Cost Forum being held 15 – 16 September at the Lockheed Martin Global Vision Center in Crystal City, Virginia. This year’s event is sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the National-Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Security Agency (NSA).
