However\, recommended best practice on large projects is an integrated cost & schedule risk analysis model\, which many organisations struggle to implement. \nThis hands-on presentation will begin by exploring the techniques – and challenges – involved in building quantitative project risk models from the perspective of cost and schedule separately. We’ll then look at how we can bring the two disciplines together in a holistic model\, by using a shared risk register\, and by linking costs to activities in a schedule. Finally\, we will see the results of the analysis\, and explore how organisations can leverage these insights to better achieve project objectives. \nSpeaker: Doug Oldfield \nDoug Oldfield has been working in the field of quantitative risk analysis (QRA) for more than 15 years. He has a huge amount of experience of tools & techniques for modelling risk\, across a wide range of industries and applications.
