DESCRIPTION:ICEAA Bylaws Article III-Section L: \nAny member in good standing may request to attend a Board meeting as an observer by submitting a request in writing to the Secretary at least five days prior to the meeting that includes a short statement of the purpose of the request. \na) These observing members may not raise motions\, participate in discussion\, or otherwise address the board unless recognized by the President.\nb) Requests to observe will be reviewed and approved by a majority vote of the Executive Committee. \nEmail ICEAA to request to observe the March 19\, 2021 meeting.
